Accepting yourself as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or anywhere on the sexuality spectrum (LGBTQ+) can be a difficult and lonely process.  Disclosure to family and friends about your sexual orientation and gender identity can be stressful especially if you THINK they will reject you.
