Accepting yourself as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or anywhere on the sexuality spectrum (LGBTQI+) can be a difficult and lonely process. Disclosure to family, friends or work colleagues about your sexual orientation and gender identity can be a huge challenge especially if you believe they may not be supportive. Feelings of anxiety, isolation, shame and fear may emerge and feel overwhelming.
